She was very attentive to all of my questions, and made herself available to address issues as they came up. Teddi was recommended to us by our selling agent in the bay area. She worked tirelessly to find us a house. We had decided to move from the south bay to the foothills of the Sierras, and we had her looking at homes in at least 2 counties, probably more. I think she showed us around 30 houses over 4 or 5 trips. She helped us narrow our wants for our new house. I remember the feeling we had when we walked into the house that we later bought. Every other house was ooooh kayyyyy and then our house felt so comfortable and just right!

All through the buying process Teddi stayed right in top of things, explaining everything to us and making sure we were well informed about any places where problems might occur. She was very thorough when it came to talking us through things that we were not familiar with. She also set up people to help get our house ready beyond the normal inspections. She made the looking process fun and the buying process easy. She is very well informed on the special differences involved when living in the foothills versus where we came from in the bay area. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for property.
