Telishia has been a dream to work with, I would definitely recommend her! Based off her experience I really trusted her opinions when purchasing my first home. She took the time to explain things, and answered any questions I had along the way. She is very genuine and up front, and fights for her clients. She has great communication skills and was very responsive regardless of contact methods. I had a few hiccups during the process with the seller but she made sure to handle everything immediately with ease. If you chose Telishia to be your realtor you’ll be in great hands!

Talisha is the best agent we have ever worked with, and we have had experience with a few. Going above and beyond is an understatement. She stuck with us through chaos, got creative when needed and sent us referrals from her team to help along the way. She stayed in constant contact and never put us on the back burner. Even her closing gift was the most thoughtful and personal gift of a party greeting my kids in a unicorn costume with a new trampoline! Our journey was anything but typical and streamlined and I am so happy we had Talisha to guide us through it and get us into the house of our dreams. I could not recommend any agent more than her.

Telishia was so much fun to work with, and was always quick to reply to our various questions--no matter what day/time!

This was our first time buying, and we started out with a plan to purchase land to build on. Telishia's knowledge in vacant land is far beyond anything that we'd seen from other agents in the area. She happily drove out to the boondocks to help us assess vacant plots, and effortlessly explained the wildly complex process of building on vacant land.

When we realized buying land wasn't for us right now (we wanted to move somewhere more quickly), she adapted to our shifting wants without flinching. We found a home we wanted, and Telishia quickly put together an offer in a time-crunch to get us the home at asking price in an insanely competitive market. She even paid for some repairs that the seller refused to take care of out of her own commission!

Telishia is such a genuine person. She made us laugh, eased our first-time home buyer anxieties, and ultimately helped us find the perfect home. Thanks so much, Telishia!

Telishia was awesome to work with. When we weren't feeling a house, she didn't need me to justify why a great house wasn't the right house. She said, "It's not right. Move on!" With my husband working odd hours, she was easy to schedule with on the fly. Telishia listened to what we wanted in a house, and was right there, ready and eager to find it for us! Telishia was able to walk us through any concerns and patiently soothe my anxieties as I found that what I thought I wanted and what I needed weren't necessarily in alignment. She's very personable and intuitive! Would highly recommend!

I want to start off by saying the sale of our property would absolutely IMPOSSIBLE without Telishia Altis. She dealt with a pesky neighbor of ours who would have prevented our transaction if we had not had Telishia on our side. She navigated bumps and trenches no person should have to. And she did it for us without batting an eye. She is completely amazing, and one of the most competent, and funny, humans I have ever had the pleasure dealing with.

She held our hands, and walked us through multiple issues, that we had no knowledge of prior. We love Telisha, and cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking into selling or buying property in WA state, you would be doing a disservice to yourself if you use any other agent.
