Bottom line: Tennille Moore is the best at what she does and what she does is finding a home meant for you.

When my wife and I started to buy our next home in Tampa, we had no idea what to look for. There were so many options but we were wracked with doubt and indecision. Then a friend of ours suggested we reach out to Tennile to help us in our search. From the first time we met her till the time we closed on our dream home, Tennile made the home buying process virtually effortless, and quickly found a home/community that suited our EXACT needs. She fought tooth and nail to get us what we wanted and was ALWAYS AVAILABLE whenever we wanted to see a home or get her opinions. We have used different brokers in the past but they feel utterly incompetent compared to Tennile Moore's capabilities.

I can't recommend her expertise enough, 5/5 perfect just let her do her thing.

Tennille Moore is an awesome realtor. As a military member being stationed in Virginia Beach and selling my home in Pensacola Florida, preparing to sell my home was a nightmare. After hiring Ms. Moore I was able to be hands off with the repairs and scheduling of multiple contractors. Although I’ve never meet her in person, her communication skills and ability to negotiate on my behalf was way beyond what I expected. By far the most funniest and business oriented professional I could ask for. After my tour oversea I will definitely be seeking her assistance in purchasing my retirement home. I really appreciate the assistance that Ms. Moore has provided to me and would 100% refer my civilian and military family and friends to her. Thank you again.
