WE FELT LIKE HER ONLY CLIENT!! And though I know this was not true as she is a top closer for her company; this is honestly how we felt. And as this was our fifth home purchase we are fairly experienced in this arena. But Mrs. Tookes was different. She always listened to understand, not just to respond. She listened to our needs, the needs we voiced and the ones not spoke. She cultivated an experience, not a transaction. Yes she showed us home. Yes she informed us of school zones. Yes she highlighted home attributes and amenities. But the most valuable trait she provided was awareness and care. It's was not just stats on a paper and walk throughs and home views. She helped us parse needs and wants. Subsequently prioritizing necessities. Five months of her hard work facilitated our closing on the home we needed, in the neighborhood we wanted, with the school zones we desired. We are eternally grateful to have embarked on the journey with her. And if ever, we purchase another home, she is our ONLY relator selection.
