Terance is wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the inside and outside of a deal. He was able to secure my purchase in less than 24 hours and then sold my home in less than 24 hours. He’s very informative on each interaction and goes at each deal like its his own. He also doesn’t mind taking the heat when a situation gets tough.
