Teresa helped us tremendously conduct an out of state house sale. She was completely on top of things from the beginning to the end. We felt extremely confident and trustworthy of Teresa just by speaking to her by phone and email. You will have the BEST realtor should you use Teresa Cagle to buy or sell. Just this past week while on vacation in S.C. we stopped by Lachicotte Realty to meet Teresa in person and what a delight it was. We will definitely use her again for any future buying!!

Five stars are just not enough. Teresa is a 10 star agent in my eyes. My brother and I needed to sell our late mothers home and we both live outside of South Carolina. She handled EVERYTHING!! She even coordinated the minor repairs and the painting of the home without hesitation. Best thing is the house sold while she was getting it photographed for the listing...full price.

We first contacted Teresa nearly 3 years ago when we found a listing during one of our visits to Pawleys Island. That property did not work out, but she continued to stay in touch and provide us with updated properties that matched our needs for a second home. No pressure, just someone familiar with the local market who continued to work with us from a distance. While in the area for spring break this year, Teresa let us know of a new listing that ended up being our new vacation home. The transaction was definitely unique for everyone involved and Teresa stayed on top of it. Teresa has become a true friend who we will recommend to anyone.

My husband and I looked for our home for two years and Teresa stuck with us the whole time. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for, even after we changed our minds countless times. She kept us informed and in the loop about every aspect of the sale and closing. This home was our first purchase and Teresa was very patient with us and had no problems answering any of our questions, and we had a lot of questions. Our home required some repairs and Teresa was on the ball about making sure everything was up to par and done on time. She is such an incredibly nice person and very professional. She has been amazingly patient with us throughout this whole two year experience. I would recommend Teresa to anyone I know that is looking for a new home. Teresa is very personable and a dynamic agent to say the least. She's seemed to always be one step ahead of our expectations and kept a steady lineup of properties presented for our input. When it came time for the showings she had them set up and walked through everyone with my wife and actually listened and never presented another property of the same minuses twice. Teresa Cagle!!! This is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. Teresa has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. I only mention this fact is because I have been involved with hundreds of real estate sales associates. Of all me analysis of measuring sales persons effectiveness and productivity, Teresa is rated by me in the top 1/2 of 1% for several reason- 1- Evaluate her sales record and she is superb in exceeding everyone's expectations.. 2- Teresa knows the real estate business. Due to her tenure in real estate, she knows all the necessary components of making real estate negotiations transfer into sales. 3- Teresa absolutely dedicates 100% of her efforts to both buyers and sellers. She understands the delicate balance in the negotiating process without bias to either party. 4- Teresa is also very ethical in all her real estate dealings. 5- She also has a great sense of humor. 6- Teresa is a leader in her community dedicating numerous hours which benefits many individuals and families in her community. 7- We experienced difficulties in selling our residence in Pawleys before we selected Teresa as our Exclusive Agent.
