Teresa is extremely knowledgeable and well connected in her field. Her professionalism is one of the highest caliber. She was direct and laid out the possibilities and facts while navigating the various aspects of selling our home. Her kindness’s and humor were well appreciated as well. Teresa was willing to have open houses and had top notch support staff at her ready. Prior to our “going live” she posted our info for 3 weeks for other realtors to view. We can't say enough good things about Teresa. She's not only the best realtor out there, she's one of the best people you'll meet. She managed to sell and close on both my houses (one selling and one buying) within a day of each other in this crazy current market to make my move as smooth as it could ever be. She's tireless at what she does and communicates as well as you would ever hope for. She's down to earth and a straight shooter too. We are in our dream home now thanks to Teresa so I don't think we'll move again, but if I do, she'll be the first to know. Recommend her to anybody buying or selling. Thanks Teresa!!

Teresa is a tireless realtor with morals and ethics. I’m a contractor that does work for her deals and she’s always on top of things. She once told me how she told a client not to buy a house because she didn’t think it was right for them even though they wanted to make an offer. Instead of just going with the client and making a big commission, her high standards represented her clients well and they made the right decision. You can’t go wrong with Teresa.

We had been working with a realtor we had to end ties with, and Teresa came to us through a referral at the last minute while we were on a short house hunting trip from out of town. We were on a serious time crunch and worried about switching agents, but within hours of being introduced she had us looking at houses and was ready to prepare offers. While in contract, we believe she represented our best interests at every step of the process with a great deal of patience and diplomacy. She was very responsive and always made time to address issues, hunt for records, and follow up with inspecting contractors, lenders, and listing agents. Oh My Goodness, What an amazing experience working with Teresa! She is a first class dynamo. Teresa had our back and our interest in mind from day one. This was our first time working with a realtor and our expectations were blown out of the water. Our house went “live on the Market” 4 days later we had received multiple written offers. When it was all said and done we had excepted one that was well over our asking price, in FOUR DAYS mind you. But Teresa wasn’t done there. She was always there with any questions and concerns we could muster up. Bless her heart she was also there when we moved into our new home. Helping wipe down countertops unpacking boxes, anything she could do she did. She has stolen our hearts.
