She was always available to communicate with (text, phone, email, in person) and provided polite, impactful, and helpful information, guidance, and suggestions in a timely manner. My elderly mother fell ill and was hospitalized, but with Teresa's help I closed on time remotely with no difficulties. She was invested in my happiness and success and went above and beyond to help me find my dream home!

Teresa is highly professional yet so personal that she is always just a communication (voice, text, email, social media...) away and the response latency is zero at the best and just a couple of hours at the worst! She is patient, highly informed, experienced and diligent in dealing with a sale or purchase on your behalf. I did three transactions with her over several years and conducting business with her became only better and better each subsequent time. Just like a dentist and a physician that you keep for life, I am positive that once you know her she becomes your family realtor for life!

We worked with Teresa to find our forever home in The Princeton area. We were pretty specific with what we wanted including a certain type of home that was located in the school district that went to a certain school. Teresa did not try to persuade us to be more open. She made us stick to our goals and only brought us to homes that were within our asks. We found the PERFECT home. During the buying process, this is where Teresa helped immensely. She is a great negotiator and her experience showed. She was rational yet tough with our sellers. I highly recommend Teresa to all my friends especially those moving from the city to subhurbs.

I highly recommend Teresa Cunningham. She got my house sold at list price with only a short time on market. She wisely advised me at every step of the way, for example, having a seller's home inspection done upfront so I knew where to focus my efforts. She brought in a staging professional who rearranged what I had and added a few smart touches to make the house present beautifully at minimal expense. Teresa has excellent people skills and a good sense of humor. I enjoyed working with her from start to finish. She always told me what I needed to know and didn't bother me with unnecessary details. At every step, she problem-solved and smoothed out the hard parts for me. Teresa is great! I feel lucky to now count her as a personal friend.

I would recommend Teresa to anyone looking to buy a new home. We were not first-time buyers, but it had been some time since we last purchased and Teresa was so knowledgeable and helpful. She provided us a step by step of what the whole process would entail from offer to closing so that there were no surprises, and she spent almost 6 months with us, showing us properties in a bunch of different towns and helping us narrow down our search. We never felt pressured or stressed during that time. Teresa is patient and honest, and just fun to tour houses with! When we found our dream home slightly above our budget she worked to negotiate with the sellers realtor to help us find a middle ground.
