Teresa Gardner

Teresa was born and raised in Southern Johnston County and no stranger to the construction industry as she is the daughter of the late C.P. Thompson who served with the Johnston County Inspections department for 20 plus years, many as the director.

Teresa grew to love all aspects of the housing market, expecially floor plans and functional design. This made a second career in Real Estate a perfect decision.

She is excited about helping buyers and sellers have the best experience possible in their real estate transaction.

Teresa attended East Carolina University and received a Bachelors degree in Social Work, and Campbell University where she received a Master's degree in Community Counseling. She has worked for 28 years with Johnston County Department of Social Services making sure the elderly and disabled are safe and protected. She always knew her life would be dedicated to helping others.
