A Realtor You Can Rely On- Time & Time Again. Teresa has been my boyfriend’s go-to realtor for years, and now that I’ve had the chance to work with her, I completely understand why! This was my first experience with her, and I was beyond impressed.

She is incredibly helpful, always accommodating, and one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. First time buyers. As first time home buyer Teresa made us feel very comfortable. We were moving from over seas and did offer to do virtual touring. We waited until arrived to view and she had homes lined up it took less an a week to find our home. She helped navigate this difficult market. She answered any and all questions we had and would love to work with her again in the future.

Fabulous,Amazing,Great,Outstanding . Being a first time homebuyer and just starting my career in the military is a very stressful time right now. But coming to find Teresa Gustafson is the best thing that could happen to make this home buying experience go so well. She was always available to answer any questions, was amazing enough to show me houses on FaceTime and give me walk through of all the house I needed since I was on opposite side of the US. She always was straight forward of how she felt about houses in and around the area of my base. Also she told me the in’s and out’s of buying a home and what all we will need. And lastly Teresa was just an easy person to talk to when I needed something, a for that I would recommend her to anybody!!!!😊😃

Great, Helpful and Professional Agent. Teresa is always a text or phone call away, always ready to help and answer questions or to set up a viewing. She helped us a lot in our search for a property and was always very professional and knowledgeable whenever we had questions.

She even went over and above helping us with referrals for possible contractors and inspectors for our home.

Stress-free home buying thanks to Teresa . Teresa is an excellent real estate agent! Buying a house can be very stressful but Teresa's knowledge of the market and the steps to close made it extremely easy and stress-free for me. She was extremely helpful to ensure everything went smoothly trying to get a VA homeloan. I have bought houses in the past but this was the quickest with very few hurdles.
