We starting working with Teresa 2 years ago when we visited the area on a fact finding mission...our future retirement home. Over that time, while we retired, listed and sold our NJ home, Teresa stayed in touch and worked with us to find great places to consider. Of course, with Covid, everything took longer, but we were finally able to travel in mid May. Teresa quickly lined up many homes to view and we immediately found our forever home! From offer to closing was only a month and Teresa was with us every step of the way. She was very responsive, following on every detail and put us in touch with great inspection and ancillary people! Since we were coming from out of state, with no place to stay, 2 pets, and covid worries about hotels, Teresa was even able to coordinate house cleaning etc, prior to our arrival. This was such a relief, both in safety and extra work. We absolutely appreciated her going above and beyond for us. We couldn't have asked for a better out of state moving experience!! Teresa is 5 stars with us!!

I am giving Teresa 5 stars! She is a very professional and great realtor. Our home buying experience took much longer than normal because of the builder/developer - 18 months to be exact! Teresa stuck with us the entire time. She was very prompt in dealing with the other parties involved and keeping up to date on everything throughout the entire process. The closing went very smoothly. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a home. She will stick with you and guide you through the entire process!
