Teresa was great! She came highly recommended by a friend and lived up to our expectations.
We moved to the western slope from the high Rockies. Everything seemed different from home values, regulations and real estate culture.
Teresa became the trusted advisor we needed to explain the facts as well as helped us work thru our perceptions.
She was able to show us a variety of houses that had 4 of our 5 wish list items consistently . She even went the extra mile by being creative to find houses when inventory was low.
