Terie helped sell and purchase multiple properties for us: sold our condo in San Ramon, located and sold our house in Roseville and located our forever house in Lincoln.

During the process, she patiently explained each step, even when we kept forgetting. She was wonderful at staging the house. Before each potential buyer tour, she made sure we were comfortable with the plans and knew what to do for each visit. Her goal was to make it less stressful as possible; with her guidance, it definitely was. And this was all at the height of COVID.

Terie was sensitive to our needs and wants. Because she understood our preferences so well, she located our new house - exactly the right property on the first recommendation.

At a time when people seem indifferent and lack empathy, Terie is entirely the opposite. She is compassionate, genuinely caring of you and your well-being. She is a joy to work with. I would not hesitate to work with her again - however, she did such a wonderful job that she found the house where we plan to retire!

Terie is the best realtor we have ever used. She always makes herself available whenever we reach out to her with questions or to look at a home. She responds immediately which is a must in today's market. We have never used the same realtor for more than one sale or purchase but now that we found her we will only be using one for all future transactions.
