Tere Perez has been passionate about real estate since 2001.
Originally from Venezuela, she possesses exemplary communication skills, extensive knowledge of the market area, and strong marketing background having worked in the entertainment industry prior to entering the real estate community. Tere has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a specialization in Organizational Marketing.

Tere always knew her true calling was in helping others and has found that in real estate she is able to do so. She has experience in multiple fields: residential; luxury; golf, ocean and waterfront properties; corporate and international relocation; rentals and property management for investors; second and vacation homes. Thanks to her over twenty years of experience, Tere understands the transformation that the real estate market is going through, she knows there are a lot of moving pieces and knows how to keep them in balance.

A longtime resident of South Florida, Tere mother of 3, enjoys spending her weekends training for triathlons with her friends and teammates.
