We have moved/relocated many times over the years, and Teri has been one of the best agents we have had the pleasure to work with. Teri is very knowledgeable in the industry, and if we had a question she did not know the answer to, she would quickly get us the answer. Teri went out of her way to serve us. We only had 3 days to find a home and the area we narrowed the search down to was an hour away from Teri's home. That did not slow her down a bit... Every morning she met us at our hotel to view and discuss the list of houses we were to view that day. These were full days, plus Teri's 2 hour commute to us each day. Reader's Digest Version: Teri is trustworthy, professional, punctual, and worthy of being your choice for a Phoenix Realtor. Simple. No games. The Details: Relocating to Phoenix was supposed to be simple. We just sold our seventh home and were experts at home buying. Our plan was to settle into a rental house for a couple months, and then start looking at homes. The two Realtors recommended to us from friends in California were too busy to help us when we were ready to start looking. We started to get frustrated and was having a minor venting session when a family member let us know that a friend of hers from high school was a Realtor. Minutes later, texts were exchanged, and it was confirmed, that yes, Teri is a Realtor and would be happy to help us. Within twenty minutes, we arranged to meet the following day and Teri had a basic idea of what we were looking for. The next day was great. Because we weren't totally sure what area would be best for us, Teri showed us many homes in a wide range of locations. She was really helpful with information about our must-haves and must-not-haves. With each house, she was attentive to our opinions and tastes, which made a difference toward not wasting anyone’s time for future showings. One of the BEST parts of that first day was her husband (a craftsman in wood restoration) came with us and added much value to the trip. He was able to point out quality construction and at times some things that looked not-quite-right. If Teri does help you, request that he comes along! We learned a lot from both of them. Oh, and you can be sure that Teri will be on time to all appointments. Working with someone punctual streamlines the whole process. Once we selected an area, Teri was so great at really listening to what we wanted and not wanted. Because we had a lot of time to be choosey, we appreciated her patience. She is NOT pushy. She will make sure that you remember your list. You can tell that she doesn't just want to sell you a house; she wants to sell you your future home - the place you and your family will enjoy and make memories. Professionally speaking, I can say that Teri is one of the best communicators in the whole process. All phone calls, texts, and emails are responded to either immediately or shortly thereafter. I just want to thank Teri for all she did helping to sell my home. She was amazing and exceeded my every expectation. I have absolutely no reservations with recommending her for your real estate needs. My home, I was told by other Realtors, would be very hard to sell being backed up to a major road. Teri was very professional, hard working and knowledgeable. Teri was very thorough and explained the process, helped with the presentation of the home, and gave us clues and insights to help the home sell quicker. She explained the contract in detail, helped guide me through the negation process, and made what was very stressful, easy. She marketed the home beyond what we expected and as a result, the hard to sell home, sold in 22 days.
