Teri and Doug are OUTSTANDING realtors. From our first phone call, they were professional, sensitive to the emotional and practical demands of buying and selling home, and extraordinarily gracious with their time and help. They are warm and positive people. Teri provides very clear and structured information and reminders throughout the entire process. They continue to make us feel welcome and to provide great support as we find our way in a our new community. They set a new and very high bar for members of their profession.

Teri and Doug are outstanding realtors. They were the first realtors to return our phone call. Not only did they grow up in the area, they have many years of realtor experience. They are very organized and impressively professional keeping us informed and up to date on every stage of the process. They did not hesitate to accommodate our request to provide additional help and answer the questions we had. They treat your transaction as if it was their very own even going to the property to mark the boundaries with string and remove a barrel for us. Having experience with other realtors from selling our homes and purchasing land, it became evident to us early on that they go way over and above many realtors. Lastly, they are genuinely very nice and considerate people. We would highly recommend to everyone to use Teri and Doug as your realtors.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home through Teri and Doug. As first time buyers, we were very unfamiliar with the process. Teri and Doug made the transition so seamless and as stress free as possible. Utilizing Teri's advice on offer strategy, we ended up purchasing the first home we toured (and our favorite)! Teri kept us on track during our quick turnaround date and allowed us to move into the home of our dreams sooner than we could have imagined. We started looking for a home in the Port Angeles area in August. We found 2 homes we really liked. One was a house of my dreams. The other had great views. We were in a quandary. Teri gently mentioned that we should also consider the neighborhood. We did. And we bought the one with the view and in the nicer neighborhood. We are so happy we did. Teri is very professional and we are glad we listened to her advice. I would totally recommend Teri and would be happy to use her again.

Teri’s knowledge of the Olympic Peninsula, along with her real estate expertise, was invaluable to guide us through our home purchase. We are eternally grateful for Teri and Doug's assistance with purchasing our first and forever home. From start to finish, Teri made the process smooth and as anxiety-free as possible while still being transparent and candid when necessary. We genuinely felt that Teri had our best interests in mind and expertly guided us through the daunting process of purchasing a home as first-time, out-of-state buyers during the COVID-19 outbreak nonetheless. At the time of the purchase we were living in a different time zone and navigating through the process of moving. Teri was always understanding and accommodating with her schedule and promptly communicated no matter what time of day.

If it weren't for Teri's keen eye and prompt communication, we would have certainly missed out on the incredible dream home we now own. Teri made it clear that we should contact her about any issues even after the purchase was finalized. Several weeks after closing on the home an incident occurred with the septic. Teri responded immediately, helped us navigate the best course of action, and handled the issue expertly immediately dispelling our anxiety about the situation. Teri and Doug possess a professional network of experts in all things home buying related which was invaluable as out-of-state buyers.
