Terra is here to guide your real estate experience. She is a Colorado native who grew up in a real estate family in Fort Collins, Colorado and who has lived in Denver for 12 years. She chose this career because she understands the business and loves to help people.

Her enthusiasm for Denver and Colorado is contagious. When she is not helping her customers, Terra spends her time playing outside and being social. She loves rafting, camping, skiing, climbing, and anything else that gets her outdoors, and when she cannot get out of town, you can find her exploring Denver’s best restaurants and watering holes. She will help make sure the location of your next home is the perfect fit!

Before real estate, Terra spent her 20’s guiding people’s experiences in the outdoors as an outdoor educator, in the boardroom as an executive assistant, and in the classroom as a fourth-grade teacher. As a guide in the outdoor industry, she learned to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure. Her time as a teacher taught her how to comprehensively and cohesively present information to her clients and how to communicate effectively to get results. This diverse background has given her a depth of knowledge and skills that allow her to deliver an unbeatable customer experience buying or selling your home!
