I had the amazing pleasure of working with Terrance. He is hands down the BEST in the pnw. He truly had our best interest at heart by kindly guiding us into investing our money in the most efficient way possible for us and our benefit. He makes touring homes fun and exciting, even for my 5 year old. He went above and beyond helping us negotiate the best deal for us. But most importantly he was extremely patient with our indecisiveness and for that I will be forever grateful. Terrance is full of energy and positivity. Terrance is hands-down the best realtor in the PNW! My husband and I have been working with Terrance for the last 2 years. He has made the experience of buying a house fun and exciting! We often looked forward to looking at homes with Terrance! He was so patient with us and you could feel his passion in helping us find the perfect house. We are so blessed to have found such an amazing realtor. Terrance is full of positive energy, and always goes above and beyond as a realtor. I have personally witnessed Terrance get down in a crawlspace on our behalf just to make sure something looked right. Who does that? He always puts his clients first and makes sure that you feel confident as a homebuyer. He would regularly check in on us since he knew how stressful it was for us to put an offer in on a house! I am a first-time home owner in the home I actually wanted. This is due largely in part to having Terrance as my realtor.

About Terrance, I would first like to say that I haven’t met anyone as positively infectious as him. He comes off as such an awesomely social person that I knew he would be a pleasure to work with professionally.

During the home buying process, I distinctly remember observing these three qualities while working with Terrance. Firstly, his professional acumen in which he exhibits when interfacing with the seller/representing me as a buyer. Secondly, his knowledge/experience with the overall home-buying process. Mr. Terrance Brown is persistenT! After having met with seven area realtors, I complained to a friend who recommended Mr. Brown. I was defeated by the time I met Mr. Brown. So I did not have much hope, I told Mr. Brown my story of woah and explained that I had a house picked out and I was sure I would get out bid. Mr. Brown made us a priority. Mr. Brown put our offer in and was able to get the offer accepted and the price lowered as well. Mr. Brown has excellent negotiating skills and is well versed in his line of work. Mr. Brown was not afraid of dealing with the real-estate technologies company. Mr. Brown helped with the inspection of the house through his connections with a reputable inspection company. Mr. Brown cared/cares about his clients and thanks to Mr. Brown I can write this review from my new living room. I have recommended Terrance Brown to coworkers, friends and family. I would recommend Terrance Brown to a stranger!

Terrance is an amazing realtor. This was our first time purchasing a home and it can be really confusing and complicated when it’s your first time. Terrance spent so much time with us and was always available to answer all our questions with kindness and patience.

He ended up getting us a pretty epic deal on our first home and it had everything we wanted and more.

Terrance is an old school Portlander and is very knowledgeable about this city. It was good to have someone who knows so much about our wonderful city to go through this journey with.

As first time buyers, my husband and I needed a lot of guidance and encouragement during this process. Terrance listened to all of our needs, wants, and concerns. First Terrance led us to the right Mortgage Advisor working on the loan and then led us to the right house for that loan. He worked with the sellers agent to meet all the loan requirements (which seemed endless) in the middle of a snow/ice/rain storm. Finally we get the keys today! Throughout this whole process Terrance was positive, open, friendly, and just plain real. Thank you so much for everything!!

Terrance is phenomenal and I can't recommend him enough. We accidentally came across him while looking for homes and decided to dump our other realtor because Terrance left such a good impression on us after a brief phone call. He treated us like we were his number one client. He went to bat for us many times when the seller and lender were being difficult and helped resolve the problems that arose. Next time I'm in the market for a home I will not consider anyone else to help us except him.
