Terry’s prowess lies in SFR acquisitions, operations & real estate analytics with 10 years of leadership, consulting, construction, and investment underwriting experience in the SFR space. Terry is responsible for assembling, training, and managing day to day operations for one of the nation’s top producing SFR acquisitions team resulting in the acquisition of over 8,000 single family homes with over $2B in capital successfully deployed. In his tenure at The Shop Real Estate Co, Terry has assisted in the development and expansion of the REO disposition and property management division. Terry brings a decade of consulting experience, strategy and business development servicing institutional investors including the industry’s largest private equity funds and U.S. Banks. Terry and his partners at The Shop Real Estate Co are providing vertical solutions for institutional Investors in 15 markets across the country.
