Your real estate agent has to be in lock and step with his client, getting a feel for what they are looking for, giving them space to take in the options and all while offering sound advice. Terrence Forman is a knowledgeable, professional and patient realtor. He worked with us for almost 2 years until we found our current home. He will not stop until the mission is accomplished. He goes above and beyond. For example he introduced us to many other professionals that helped us along the way. He was also instrumental in helping us sell our previous home.
