Hello, I am Terrence Mitchell, a native of Southern Utah. In addition to my Utah State Real Estate License I hold a Bachelor of Science from Southern Utah University. I live my life based on the quote, "Thee lift me, and I'll lift thee, and we'll both ascend together." (John Greenleaf Whittier)

I've been excited to learn in my Real Estate experience that serving the community as a Real Estate Agent has given me the opportunity to apply that quote to what I do professionally. I have carried a passion for real estate for many years, and recently decided to make a career out of that passion. My love for helping people find "home" and my understanding that the word "home" means something a little different to every client, drives my success as an agent. Finally, and most importantly, I pride myself on creating relationships with clients and take the time to learn their needs in order to provide the best real estate experience possible.

Terrence Mitchell was the best realtor that we have used and would recommend him to anyone to use when buying or selling their home. My husband and I first hired a well know local realtor for 9 months to try and sale our home. Multiple people would show our home to perspective buyers. The individuals showing our home didn't know the details of our home or property (it was frustrating). We changed to Terrence Mitchell as our realtor after the 9 months of no success. Terrence had professional pictures taken, knew the details of our home, the property lines, and the subdivision regulations. He personally showed our home to each perspective buyer. Our home sold in less than 2 months. My husband and I used Terrence to assistant us in purchasing a new home. He would research listings for us and send links of the homes that fit our interests and price range. He made all of the arrangements for us to walk through potential homes. Terrence met us at every home we walked through and worked around our busy schedule instead of us working around his schedule. He knew the details of each of the homes that we walked through and knew who to contact for additional information. He was amazing at getting the asking price lowered and walked us step by step through the purchasing process. He honestly treated us as if we were his only clients. We would absolutely use him again!!
