Terri Anderson

Terri is one of Anderson South Carolina's top producers and in the Multi Million Dollar Club every year since she started her Real Estate career. She has 30 Years in real estate, and 20 years of teaching real estate law. Terri is a Certified Real Estate Instructor and Owns Fortune Academy of Real Estate in Anderson. Her Designations include Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) , Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home marketing specialist. Her areas of expertise are working with investors, development and new home construction, commercial, and lake property.

Terri is on the board of directors for the Western Upstate association of realtors, and on the professional standards committee for the state of SC. She is Broker in Charge of 5 KW offices including Anderson, Clemson, Seneca, Powdersville and Luxury Lake Living in Sunset. She is on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity.

Outside of work, her hobbies include travel, boating, and an avid shagger ( the state dance of SC) with the electric City Shag Club. Terri enjoys life with her husband Bill, her children and grandchildren, and loves living in upstate SC.
