With 11+ years of experience in real estate Terri Ashmore has encountered and mastered every type of real estate transaction. Her father is a master carpenter and has shared his love of architecture old and new. Terri’s true passion is connecting clients with the perfect home, whether it's a historic home downtown or a new build in the suburbs.

Terri has intricate knowledge of Indianapolis and surrounding metro area, and with this knowledge she has completed over 3000 transactions for homebuyers and renters. She prides herself on shepherding clients through the process, all the way up to “move in day.”

Born, raised and now living on the north side of Indianapolis with her husband Chris and son Patrick, Terri’s Indianapolis roots run deep. Her love of the city shines through her work, and she hopes to share it with you.
