My career began with owning and operating a successful brokerage that specialized in resident placement for investors and management companies. Over time, my deep understanding of Indianapolis' rental market, property values, and repair costs propelled me to become a sought-after buyer’s agent.

From 2008 to 2018, I facilitated the purchase of over 500 homes, both on-market and through sheriff sales. My hands-on expertise doesn’t stop at representation; in 2009, I became an investor myself.
