I don't know what I would have done without Terri's support and guidance in resolving issues with my new home. Terri recently helped us buy a home in this extremely hot market. Throughout the whole process, she has been communicative, concise, and knowledgeable.

She took the time to really understand what we valued in a home, and steered us down the right path as we were navigating the market. She also made sure we were using our time efficiently; she always went through disclosures as soon as possible to highlight any issues before committing to a property showing.

Are you looking for a consummate professional who will work tirelessly to support you in the sale of your home? Then Terri is the agent for you! I placed my condominium up for sale just weeks before the shelter in place orders were released. Because Terri acted swiftly to show my condominium before it was even formally on the market, I was still able to make the sale. She apprised me every step of the way where we were in the closing process, and she even worked with the buyer's lender to be sure that the deal closed. Terri is absolutely fantastic. We were new to the area and also abroad when we found our dream home and Terri did everything in her power to make sure we had the best possible advantage.

I made a quick 24 hour trip to the Bay Area, we put in an offer, and were accepted several days later. We had heard horror stories about buying houses in the Bay and were worried about how stressful it might be. It was much easier than anticipated! Terri even worked with us through Thanksgiving to make sure everything progressed smoothly.

TLDR; Terri hustles for her clients, is organized and sharp and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
