I began my professional career in Real Estate working for CB Richard Ellis in Ontario, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in California. Although working with a team of brokers, pitching to investors, and marketing big box warehouses was intriguing, I soon realized my passion in real estate wasn't in the commercial/industrial field, but rather working with real families and first time home buyers like yourself in the residential market.

I took a leap of faith in 2008 and joined the elite team of residential sales agents. Working one on one with home buyers and sellers, building lasting relationships one happy client at a time! I cannot say enough positive things about Terri. She was with us every step of the way. Even now that we’ve closed escrow, she still is available to help us with things that have come up. She walked us through every piece of paper we signed, explained our options and gave us her professional opinion. Terri followed up on EVERY single thing she said she would. In fact, she often remembered things we had forgotten to follow through on! She was a strong advocate for us and was always looking out for our best interests. Terri has been a wonderful help in both buying and selling. She took us through the process of buying a home, giving us advice that proved valuable in making our new home purchase.
