About Terri
Terri is a licensed real estate broker and has been a respected leader in the Texas multi-family housing industry since 1987. She began her career leasing for Harold Farb Investments and progressed to executive roles for several notable management and development companies; cumulatively steering more than 20,000 units to greater prosperity. In 2011 she became an active investor; and with all the lesson learned, began realizing her own business vision in 2016.
She specializes in business improvement, value enhancement, resident satisfaction, and owner delight. Her successes include Class-A development with original amenities, new construction lease-ups, distressed and damaged property recovery, and condo conversions.
Over the years, she has helped investors from all walks of life create and realize value in the multi-family housing business with her proven, enthusiastic style, hard-won experience, and winning approach to people. Terri is also very active in the Houston Apartment Association and formerly chaired the Education Group. She is a native of Indiana and a Texan by choice.
