When reading reviews for realtors, it’s easy to find the good ones, where everything went perfect and smooth and it was unicorns and rainbows. People…selling our house stressed me out! Things didn’t go perfect and smooth, because that’s life. You want to know what was perfect? Terri. When things weren’t going as smooth as expected, she jumped in. She spent the time to fix it, to make it better, to tell me it was all going to be okay. That sometimes, other people stink, and that’s on them, not us. She worked over time to make sure I was never left on read. I never once felt ignored, or like I wasn’t important. I know for sure she had other clients, and she still made me feel like I was number 1. So when you’re picking someone to help you sell or buy a home, pick someone that you know will always be in your corner, even if the skies go a little grey. Terri isn’t afraid of a little rain, and she will always have your back and be waiting with an umbrella. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to help in this adventure.

Terri was AMAZING! I will forever recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy/sell a house in Kitsap county. She literally held our hands throughout the whole process of buying a house she was there for every inspection and every walk through, she even dumbed things down for me and my husband when we had questions because we were first time home buyers. There was never any pressure to buy, and she was honest with us every step of the way even when we thought we liked something but she didn’t think it fit all our needs, She made sure we ended up in a house we absolutely love. She’s professional and courteous, I cannot rave about this lady enough!! If you’re on the fence go with Terri her main goal is to make sure you end up in something you love.
