About Terri

Terri McCutcheon represents buyers and sellers primarily in the northern areas of the DFW metroplex. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Terri has lived in the DFW area since 1984. Terri is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received a BBA in Production and Operations Management and later received her MBA from the University of Dallas.

Following a career in semiconductor management with Texas Instruments and STMicroelectronics, Terri stayed home to raise her boys before returning to a management position with an oilfield production equipment company. The desire to work in and serve the people of her community and a passion for helping people led her to a career in real estate in 2014.

Terri has spent many years serving on a variety of volunteer boards and commissions for the Town of Prosper, youth athletics boards, Prosper United Methodist Preschool, local bond and proposition election committees, Prosper FFA Friends Club, Downard-Fairplains Community Club Vice President and Herkey's Champion Buyer's Club supporting Cooke County Junior Livestock Show Exhibitors.

In addition to Terri’s real estate experience in the area, she carries a designation for Certified Home Luxury Marketing Specialist and was awarded D Magazine's 2023 Top Real Estate Producers.

Terri and her family recently moved back to her beloved Cooke County. Her 3 sons keep her laughing and on the go at all times. Terri’s family is passionate about and actively involved in the livestock show community.
