Terri Metin

As a native Washingtonian, Terri believes it was a natural journey for her life to flow into a career in real estate. Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia have all been her home over the last 55 years. Terri raised her four children in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and enjoyed all the Metropolitan Area has to offer! From academia to sports and culture, she and her family have experienced it all!

Terri’s career in real estate began almost 20 years ago, serving clients from all over the world. It has evolved into a very rewarding career based on a strong referral network of family, friends, and past clients throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia.

As a former owner of her own interior design business, Terri knows the importance and value of building lasting relationships through dedicated service and hard work. As she works with her clients, Terri’s primary objective is to make the home buying or selling process a seamless and rewarding one.

Raised in a home with parents who valued education, it is Terri’s primary goal to work with her clients; to listen to them and to learn with and from them, to design a strategy to best fit their desired outcome. Collaborating with a valued team of contractors, designers, and marketing/media specialists coupled with the foundation of a tremendous brokerage allows Terri to focus on the interests and desires of her clients so they may experience a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
