Terri Mitchener is an amazing woman, and now a friend. My husband has terminal cancer and we needed to make some major changes in our life. Terri was our realtor, she helped us with the sale of our house, and the purchase of our new home. It was a rocky road to no fault of Terri or us, we had two buyers fall through with the third buyer becoming our successful sale. Terri kept us informed of everything daily, and worked hard on our sale without blinking an eye. She is an amazing, and caring person. She is honest, and pulls no punches. From initial call to after our move in, Terri was amazing! She was patient, caring, empathetic and worked her butt off to get us the home we dreamed of. Terri was available ALL THE TIME for us and we literally get like her only customers even though that wasn’t the case. She explained things to us that we weren’t aware of and was so so helpful throughout all the steps of buying or new home. It was really a breath of fresh air to work with such a genuine and caring person during this exciting but stressful time. She went over and above our expectations. She’s the real deal! Terri went above and beyond in our search for our first home purchase. She took account of what we were looking for in a new home and continually found homes for us to see that met our goals. She worked relentlessly until we found "the one" we knew was right for our family. We were constantly kept informed throughout the process and never wandered what was happening. Terri even proved herself further when it looked like the seller would not be leaving the property on the agreed upon contract date. She directed my wife and I to the resources available should the seller not live up to their end of the purchase contract. Ultimately, with Terri's help and knowledge, everything worked out, we moved into our new home on the date planned, and couldn't be happier. My wife and I highly recommend Terri to anyone looking for a new home.

10 STARS!! Why aren't there 10 stars?!

Terri is in a class of her own. She goes above and beyond to ensure the home buying experience is as smooth as possible. She provided references for other services that we needed to help take stress of us whenever she could.

Terri is professional, she keeps her word and follows through with everything she she says she will do. She is involved every step , including doing things for us that our schedules didn't allow.

We started with a Realtor and ended up with a friend. We will never use anyone else.
