Terri Palmer is a wonder! As we prepared to sell our home in Richardson, we decided to interview at least 3 realtors before choosing one to list our house. Because she was responsive and made herself available at a time when our schedule was really tight, Terri was the first person we interviewed. She was also the last person we interviewed. We were so impressed with her, we signed with her that afternoon. Throughout the sales process, Terri was amazing, professionally and personally. She gave us so much of her time, working with us and encouraging us all along the way. Her marketing strategies were over-the-top effective. Her knowledge of the city, the neighborhood, the parks, the schools--Terri pulled it all together to attract buyers. From a practical standpoint, she delivered the goods: the house sold quickly and for our target price. But what we'll remember most was that Terri was THERE, always there, with professional expertise, an always-positive outlook, and non-stop encouragement. Meet her! You'll see! Home Transitions helped me out when I needed help selling my parents estate. My parents both fell ill at the same time and needed to move into an assisted living facility. After a year we determined that they would not be able to move back into their old home and they needed money to cover expenses, so it was time to sell their home and its contents. I found Home Transitions, and Terri Palmer knew exactly what to do and how to get it done. They prepared the house for an estate sale separating the family heirlooms, pictures, personal belongings that the family wanted to keep and then executed the estate sale. They helped me donate to a charity what didn't sell and cleaned up the inside of the house to get it ready to be put on the market. With their help I was able to get some necessary items repaired in the house, new paint and carpet to make it show ready. Once it was listed, Terri initiated a letter campaign with all real estate brokers in the area and held weekly open houses. We ended up selling the house for the highest retail price in the neighborhood! I couldn't have managed all of this on my own. Terri was professional and knew exactly what to do when any issue arose. I initially contacted Terri Palmer when the renovation of my house was almost complete. I had spoken to other realtors but was impressed by the amount of exposure Terri offered to put into place as soon as we agreed to work together. At any rate, Terri became my Realtor for the house. The initial asking price was higher than comparable houses in the neighborhood, but Terri reasoned that the renovations I'd done justified going for the higher price. I wasn't aware of the way the housing market had changed over the summer, but Terri explained about how the inventory changes and when the better buying periods occur. At that point it was quite evident that I had an experienced professional working on the sale, so I essentially went hands-off and let Terri handle things. I was also impressed that Terri had no problems operating via email, as I live about an hour away from the house. All documents/copies were provided as either pdf or that option was available from the DocuSign web site. The house went on sale on 11/16 and had a considerable amount of interest. We ended up getting an offer on 12/03 that was close to the original asking price and closed on 12/28. I am very pleased with how Terri handled the sales process, including educating the buyer's Realtor on certain issues! Mark Butler

If you look up the word fabulous in the dictionary, you will see Terri's picture! Terri by far blew my last home buying experience out of the water! She was always available, flexible, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout every step of the home buying process. She walked me through the Hud-1 statement when my mortgage company was unavailable and always had my best interest with every detail. Terri provided exceptional service as my husband and I relocated to TX from another state. As our preliminary search began I thought I would just look around on my own the three days we were here. I was so thankful she was persistent to meet with me and show me the different areas of town. She helped us narrow down the search in a short amount of time and knew the cities so well. I would have never been able to see as many houses in that short of time without her. She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the area.
