About Terri

Terri Patton has proudly called the South Charlotte area home since 1998 after relocating from Columbus, Ohio. She and her husband, David, have built their lives in the community while raising four children and now enjoying time with their four grandchildren.

With a strong passion for helping others, Terri has spent many years actively volunteering with numerous organizations throughout the community. Her dedication, discipline, and commitment are also reflected in her love of running, including completing multiple marathons.

In 2021, David joined Terri in real estate, allowing them to work together as a team to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process. They specialize in helping homeowners prepare their homes for sale while also assisting buyers in finding the right place to call home.
