Terri Sauer Beach

Terri loves Albuquerque. She was born here, went to school here, bought my first home here, and she raised her children here. After graduating from Eldorado High School and UNM, she was an attorney for over 20 years. When she decided to leave the practice of law, real estate was a natural choice for Terri as was Coldwell Banker, the nation's premier real estate network with the principles of honesty, integrity, and service. She is thrilled to now be in a profession where she can help people realize their home buying dreams all while showing off the beautiful Land of Enchantment. Even though Terri works with a team, you can rest assured that you will receive personal attention from her from the first meeting all the way to the closing table. She works with a wide variety of people looking to buy a home including first time home buyers, those looking to build or buy their dream home and everything in-between. Terri also works with those needing to sell their home because of a job transfer, the need for a larger (or smaller!) home, or those involved in estate situations. In her free time she enjoys walking in the gorgeous foothills of the Sandia Mountains, gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids.
