However, he is most pleased to receive Century 21's Quality Customer Service Award, which speaks to his focus on meeting his clients' needs. While surpassing the 500 transaction mark and exceeding $150,000,000 in sales, Terry says, "It's not about the awards. It's about my clients. Meeting my clients' needs is the target; everything else is a by-product rather than a goal. Whether buying or selling, if I understand what folks want and how they want it. In addition to his client-focused real estate mindset, he is known for his annual "small batch" Hot Sauce, a treat for hot sauce fans.
