Terry sold a neighbor's home several years ago. It wasn't very long until an Under Contract sign was added. I saved his phone number since I knew we were planning to move out of state eventually. The marketing they do is more than the MLS book. The pictures of our house on the internet were great. Terry has stayed in contact with us throughout the process, and his knowledge has been needed since it has been many years since we've sold a home.

He set aside 2 full days to show us all of them & some that weren't even on our list. He even took us on a tour of the town showing us where the VA, the gym & a church we may want to attend were...who does that???? Terry Coatney was way more than a Realtor/Sales Agent for the sale of our estate home. His efforts continued for months after the closing. We had trouble getting the remaining balance due on the property from the title company after the closing. Terry continued to follow up with us on the status of payment. His personal recommendation on an attorney was the reason we were paid in full for the sale.
