Terry is a highly recommended agent. He will fight for you to get the best deal! He is always on point with communication. Will respond very quickly and will keep himself available for your needs. Going with an assumable loan I saved 1000's of dollars on mortgage payments! The best money saving move ive made compared to current percentage rates.Terry specializes in these type of loans making the process quick and easy. By far the best realtor I've worked with compared to other real estate agents. You will not be disappointed working with him.

Terry Day is my guy!! Truly the best realtor of all time. It was shocking to me how hard it was to find a realtor who wasn't trying to take advantage of me since I am a senior woman, but that was until I was lucky enough to meet Terry. He is such a stand-up guy who really went above and beyond. I hope this is the last property I ever purchase, but if it is not, I know I will be using Terry again. Even my daughter was so pleased with his care for me that she plans on using him as her realtor in the near future. 5 stars forsure!!

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! My mother is 84 years old and was having such trouble finding a real estate agent who wasn’t just trying to take advantage of her or brush her off because her budget wasn’t $1 million +, but thankfully one day we stumbled upon Terry Day. Terry absolutely went above and beyond for not just my mother, but even me, the over protective daughter. He was the first realtor who didn’t really care how much my mothers budget was, he just wanted to actually help her. It didn’t even take long to find my mom her absolute dream property and Terry truly went to bat to make sure my mother got the best deal possible. He’s even offered to help her after the closing with finding contractors and even helping with the moving company! I assure you, you can’t go wrong with making Terry your realtor.

I have worked with Terry both when I was purchasing and selling a property. He is simply the best realtor I know. Terry is very knowledgable about the market, will share his honest opinion and advice, and is a fierce negotiator who will always have your back.

Terry always took his time to help me make the best decision possible. He was extremely patient with me while we were looking at multiple properties, never rushing me into a risky purchase. However, once we found a good match and made a decision, Terry moved extremely fast and we were able to be in contract within a day.

Thank you Terry, it was a pleasure to work with you three times so far. If I ever purchase or sell a property again you bet I'll be calling you.

As a first time home-buyer, I knew that purchasing a house was meant to be a stressful and disheartening roller coaster. Wasn't looking forward to the experience. We worked with Terry to find the perfect house for about 9 months. Needless to say we looked at many houses during this time. Terry was always well organized for our search. He would do a video walk through for any house that was of interest then we could decide to add to our list to see in person which is a great service. Terry made the entire buying experience extremely easy, and always answered our calls and emails in a timely manner. Terry is a straightforward, honest person with a great sense of humor. He does not pressure you to do anything and will do everything to help you find the perfect house at the best price.

Buying a home is always nerve wrecking and alot of stress, I contacted Terry to look at a property initially when i was interested in looking to purchase a home. Terry asked me the right questions from the very start, this helped put me more at ease with going through such a big decision.

WOW!!! Terry is truly one of a kind. I have worked with other realtors in the past, but now Terry is the only one I would ever work with. When you send him an email he responds within MINUTES...not hours...not days...MINUTES. Terry was also available whenever my wife and I wanted to see a house. I once contacted him on a Sunday night and he met up with us at a house within 15 minutes. He was there to answer all of the thousands of questions I had. He was very patient with us and even after looking at houses all day, we would call him back later that day to view a couple of houses we had already looked at. He never said no or made us feel like we were bothering him. He has made the entire home purchasing experience more enjoyable. I have never felt pressured or that Terry was trying to up sell us into a more expensive house. Please believe me when I say Terry is the best and go with him when your buying or selling a house.
