Terry Fishman has been in the Real Estate business since 1978 after having moved from the United Kingdom to the USA with wife and children. Terry gained expertise in all facets of the business having been in lending and property management for a number of years. What he loves best about Real Estate is helping people find the home of their dreams or moving up to the next phase of their lives. Terry Fishman and Cambridge Properties have over 36 years’ experience, in the real estate services business in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley real estate markets for many successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from their real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps them productive and successful. As a full-service San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley real estate brokerage, they work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types. They also have a very successful lending Arm under the name of Oak Court Funding. Terry is very active in the local community and has held several volunteer positions in the organization and implementation of policies in the City of Thousand Oaks. He has a keen interest in the Performing Arts with a specialty in Stage acting. But his main passion is assisting Buyers and Sellers realize their dreams.
