Terry Grinestaff, Realtor, with Advanced Realty Services has been in the real estate business for 34 years.

He was recently voted best Realtor by the readers of Susquehanna Style in the magazine’s Best of Lancaster 2022.

His passion is to help his clients make the best decision for themselves and their families, whether they are buying or selling their home. He loves the interaction he has with his clients. He is very down-to-earth, and he wants his clients to be assured that he represents their best interests. He will stop at nothing to make sure that he is available to discuss their concerns. If that means showing the same house again and latest updates as they come available, he will do what is necessary to ensure his clients are comfortable with their decision.

He loves to see his clients’ reactions when they find “the home” of their dreams. He finds that this is the most rewarding aspect of his job.

He has built a very impressive referral base of clients he has worked with since the beginning of his career. He is always willing to help a first-time homebuyer or a client that is selling their third home. There is no difference in the way he treats either one. He has found that he has worked with generations of families. He takes his time with each client to ensure that they are not getting overwhelmed or frustrated.
