Terry was able to help me navigate the sale of my property with a lovely buyer but a miserable buyers agent. We wanted to sell to this buyer but almost walked away because of her agent. Terry communicated our counter offers and managed this buyers agent’s unprofessionalism and slimy tactics. It’s not always about how many sales an agent has, but instead what kind of person they are. Terry is a quality person who really cares.
