He started his career in the Real Estate industry, working in the construction industry right after college and then transitioning to real estate sales and entrepreneurship; having owned several successful businesses, he has a diverse background in the financial world which helps him have a better understanding of the market and market cycles. He has served on many professional committees over the years but is most proud to have served on the Realtor Credit Union for over 18 years and served as chairman of the Board.
Terry was born and raised in the St. Paul Minneapolis metro area, where he lives and works today with his wife. They have been married since 1994 and have two adult children. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, going to the lake cabin, and traveling to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, to enjoy the Emerald Beach.
