I have lived in 33 homes. I have never had an agent quite like Terry. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he is patient and thorough. He was always available. Even at weird hours he was there for me. He went way above and beyond. He is by far the best agent I’ve ever met. And he volunteers for the community every week so he is also one of the best humans I’ve ever met.

Terry, in short, was amazing to work with and treated us like family.

We started working with Terry in February 2021, while we were still living in Japan. Terry was literally available at "all hours" for us, due to the 14hr time difference.

The market, at that time, had extremely limited inventory. He would go look at houses for us the day they came on the MLS and if we weren't able to stay up to do a walk-through with him, he would take video and send it to us. He would stay up late to write contracts for us and provided comps for the neighborhood.

When I flew from Japan to VA, to close on our house, I had my 100 lb dog and 2yr old. I needed a way to get my dog (and giant crate) to my hotel. Terry came through and offered to picked us up from the airport so I didn't need to rent a van. He drove me to the house to do an in-person walk through, to make sure I physically saw the home before I closed.

He offered local, vetted, recommendations for services I needed such as a fencing and cleaning company.

He checks up on us all the time to see how we are doing (still, even almost a year later) and made sure we didn't need anything after we moved in.

If you want a realtor who is about action (not all talk), extremely responsive, will send you homes to look at that exactly meet your needs, uses an app that makes viewing homes on the MLS easy, and will do whatever it takes to help you, Terry is the realtor for you!
