Terry Toth

Terry is a managing broker with Keller Williams and the principle of Toth Group LLC. He has been in business for 18 years and has enjoyed an active life in real estate for 16 of those years. The last 8 years have been representing clients as a broker in all types of transactions, both selling and buying.

Terry’s 17 years of business experience has taught him how to handle all types of situations. Learning that there is no single encounter exactly like another, that every negotiation is different and requires attention on each level to achieve the best possible outcome. His business experience has been refined over 18 years; with each struggle and success he always came away with a piece of knowledge that he now uses to the benefit of his clients.

Along with his history and experience in business, his style is another aspect that his clients respect. He does not sit in a real estate office all day. Instead, Terry finds his “office” is often a coffee house, café, grocery store, street corner or an elevator. Anywhere or anytime, Terry is always ready to speak with anyone for whatever reason they need. He finds this to be a key element in meeting people and searching for opportunity, as it is these opportunities that create business that helps his clients. Terry leaves no stone unturned….no opportunity wasted……and no door not ventured through.

Terry is extremely passionate about his career and clients. These are lifelong connections he makes, and he does not take them lightly. He respects their trust and honor they give him to assist them in their real estate goals.

Terry is an active member of the community and belong to Thurston County realtors, Tacoma-Pierce County realtors, Rotary and a member of South Bay fire dept. where he volunteers as a firefighter.
