Terry Wise

TERRY WISE started his real estate career in 1985 and has since closed over 2,300 transactions. His practice is personal in its approach and unique in its diversity, helping clients buy and sell homes, raw and developed land, commercial buildings, restaurants, ranches and golf courses. Terry brings his experience in construction, contractual law, and land use to every transaction, and has trained many of the top real estate professionals in the South Sound market.

Terry is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and serves as a Commissioner with the Pierce County Land Use Advisory. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, bow hunting, riding his horse, and especially spending time with his children.
