Teksin is an amazing realtor who is smart, reliable, and thoughtful. Throughout the house hunting process, Teksin was always reachable and quick to schedule appointments. She spent many many weekends patiently driving us to different properties in VA and WV. She was our advocate and her knowledge and expertise of the region made all the difference. She was not afraid to dissuade us from properties that she didnt believe were a good fit. At the same time, she respected our wishes to see and consider homes that we wanted to see on a whim. We always felt she was on our side looking out for us! In this crazy housing market, we did encounter a couple of disappointments where every house had multiple offers. However, Teksin kept persisting in finding options. In the end, we are so thrilled with the house that we landed on. The entire time - from viewing homes to final walk through after closing- Teksin was there. At no point did we feel like we were on our own. I'm so happy to call Teksin and her husband John our family friends. Very grateful for this relationship!

I am very happy to work with Tekin Duman. She has guided us and helped us all though the process of purchasing for our new home. she did not rush us though the process of buying any home and move on. she really wanted us to have a feel for the home we buy. In this competitive market for buying a home her years of experience really helped with the contract submission and negotiations skills. Teksin is a realtor with integrity. She has helped me buy two houses and sell one and I would never think of using someone else. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, she cares about her clients and their happiness. When we had an issue pop up with the sale of our home, she was there helping us through, checking in on us, and making sure we were okay. We would recommend Teksin to anyone buying or selling, without hesitation. In fact, she was our realtor for the recent sale of our previous home and purchase of our new and current home. Having been in a number of real estate transactions with different realtors over the years, she was the best realtor we have ever worked with by far. Teksin was extremely responsive, and was accessible at all hours day and evening, by office phone, cell phone, and email. She responded almost immediately to questions and always gave solid feedback, based on careful thought and consideration of a variety of pertinent factors, in addition to the knowledge she has gained throughout her years of experience. She would also drop what she was doing to meet us for a showing, even on very short notice. Teksin is also one who will go above and beyond, including accessing a professional photographer who provided beautiful pictures for our listing. She took the time to walk with us through every step of the process, even when there were challenges and obstacles. Most importantly, though, is that she truly and genuinely cares about her clients, and this was clearly evident in how she treated us and our family. If we were to ever buy or sell again, we would immediately call Teksin first, and would recommend the same for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
