Tess has worked in the real estate industry since 2007. She attended Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, CA, where she earned a B.A in Business Management. With over 20 years of diversified experience working for top firms in San Francisco in the areas of mortgage banking, equities trading, investment analysis, marketing, and project management she has helped educate many buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate objectives. As a longtime Bay Area resident - having resided in Oakland, Alameda, San Lorenzo, and San Leandro - Tess understands the subtleties of the different Bay Area communities very well.
Tess is also the founder of Send the Love Inc., a non-profit corporation founded to promote awareness, support disaster relief and prevention of cruelty of children in abandoned areas of the world and kick-start projects in our local neighborhoods! She believes her generation should prepare the next generation and help those who may not necessarily have the best resources. Tess supports education through art & music and serves as board member for various 501(c)(3) organizations.
