Tess has been actively working in Florida's real estate market since 1984. Her career began with on-site new construction sales and transitioned into general real estate. She has worked with developers and custom builders contributing ideas and designing plans for new products fitting the demographics of specific areas. Tess' experience led her to Treviso Bay in Naples. Prior to Naples, she had also done real estate sales in Orlando, Keene, New Hampshire and the metro Detroit areas of Troy, Northville, Birmingham, Royal Oak, Auburn Hills and Novi. Tess maintains a real estate license in Michigan as well as Florida.
She attended the University of Dayton and Boston University and graduated from New England School of Art and Design in Boston with a graphic design degree. As a member of the Naples Art Association, two of her sketches were displayed at the Founders Juried Awards Exhibition.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Tess has resided in Naples full time since 2005. She strives to provide her clients with personal service, an objective perspective and the information needed for them to proceed with transactions that fit their personal real estate portfolios.
Tess is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
