While I was in search for a real estate agent to represent my sale, Thai Hung Nguyen came highly recommended to me by a friend who had interviewed a dozen or so agents. After I interviewed my shortlist of agents, I decided on Thai Hung Nguyen based on trust, comfort level, experience, and preparedness. Throughout the entire process from pre-listing to settlement, communication was great and the result was much better than I had expected. Based on market conditions and timing, we adjusted the sales price higher than our initial conversation for maximum return. Speaking of maximum return, Thai Hung Nguyen went to bat for me and fought the buyers hard yet reasonably with various options so that I would get top dollar without scaring them off. His network of photographers, stagers, and handymen are also very honest and great to work with. I firmly believe that due to his preparedness I was able to get an offer above full asking. I highly recommend Thai Hung Nguyen, and trust that you will also find him to be a cut above.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Thai to find our home and cannot recommend him enough! From our first consultation meeting I could tell that Thai was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. Our first meeting lasted almost two hours and he answered every question that my wife and I had.

With Thai's help we were able to find a home we loved and he was even able to negotiate the price down in this market! We were also thankful for his expertise and advice as we were viewing various homes. He provided his honest opinion as to the pros and cons of each property which helped us make a decision. Thai's knowledge, marketing, and negotiation skills helped us take full advantage of this market and get under contract in 3 days, settle in 3 weeks... and get 10% above asking price!!! I'm certain that if we tried to sell ourselves or with a different agent we would not have had the same outcome.

Thai was professional, responsive, and patient with our many requests and questions. And this is all while Thai was recovering from an injury, although you would never have guessed it. He truly treats his clients like family and does his very best for them. My only regret is that we have moved out of state and will likely not get to work with Thai again. Thank you Thai!

Thai Hung was awesome.
He was able to help us to buy a condo back in 2012 way under the market price. This time he he sold a home for us. Thai Hung performed a very detailed comp. and suggested our home is worth more than we initially thought. He knows exactly what to put into the listing, how to format it, where and when to list the home for maximum viewings. Our home was listed during Covid-19 (March 2020) but we had the highest hits in viewings and had a contract within 2 days. Our home was even sold for over the asking price thank to Thai Hung sincere effort and experience. Definitely would recommend Thai Hung to sell or buy your home since he has a great deal of experience in the housing market. Plus, he's very sincere in looking out for your interest rather than just the commission.

When I started looking to purchase my first home, I had no knowledge or connection of any realtors in the local area. Thai Hung Nguyen was referred to me by a few friends. We initially met through a charity event, and after speaking with him, I have decided to keep his contact information because of his 15+ years expertise in the real estate market, as well as his 5-star ratings through multiple websites and testimonials.

The search began in March and it actually took me 9 months to close a deal on a home purchase. I am very picky and Thai Hung Nguyen showed patience and persistence with no complaints. When I found the home that I wanted, he was actually on work travel for two weeks. Even so, he was one call away and would go out of his way to generate an offer letter for me on demand.

Not only does he know the market, he also showed me what to look for during initial house visits. His knowledge base from electrical/HVAC to home maintenance have exceeded my expectations from him as a realtor.

From price negotiation to closing day, he followed up with statuses and updates every step of the way. He also has multiple connections from various sources of lenders, title, and insurance companies.

He's a true professional and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Thai Hung helped me purchase my second home. During my initial search of potential houses, my insurance agent recommended that I contact Thai Hung for his assistance. Although I was reluctant at first (partly because I considered myself self-sufficient), I am glad that I requested his assistance. Thai Hung had been nothing but a true partner to work with (I know…ending with a preposition).

Thai Hung explained things in a very straightforward manner. Although he said things that I might not want to hear (i.e. that I should be realistic in my offering on the price of the property), I valued his honest opinion greatly. I knew that his honest answer came from his integrity as a real estate agent. Thai Hung is also very knowledgeable about the northern Virginia real estate market. On several occasions, he even offered to explain, in detail, what all the different charges on a settlement statement mean. That was truly going above and beyond his duty as my agent.

Lastly, it was very easy to work with Thai Hung. I recognized that I can be difficult at times. However, I never once get the impression from him that I was being difficult. He was patient and listened to my every comments/concerns. I highly recommend him as a potential real estate agent.

Thai Hung was our realtor when we bought our first house. He's very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. That's why we went with Thai Hung again when buying our second house. Thai Hung was very quick at responding to any question or concern I had. We didn't feel pressured into buying even though we were somewhat interested in some of the houses. He left the decisions up to us. Matter of fact, he even pointed out some of the flaws in some of the houses we visited that we didn't noticed. Thai Hung was extremely responsive from the get-go. In our first conversation, we gave him a synopsis of what we wanted. He quickly scheduled for a face-to-face meeting to discuss the details of our requirements. Over the next few days, he answered all the questions we threw at him; it was a lot! He was always available via his cell phone. Within two weeks, he helped us find the home that we wanted. The problem was that we faced tough competition. With his quick thinking and years of experience in the field, he pulled through and we were able to procure the contract. Now we are living in our dream house!

One of the most important factors for us in choosing a real estate agent was to have someone reliable, honest, and responsive. Thai Hung Nguyen is an honest and trustworthy person who we have come to rely on with our most important purchase. He is very knowledgable at what he does. He is incredibly fast in returning emails, phone calls and updating us with needed informations.

Thai Hung was very honest about the market and helped us purchase our last home. Even though what we found was a short sale situation, and there were lots of complications, but Thai Hung managed it all with skill and constant communication. We always knew exactly where we were at, what was coming next, and what our options were. Thai Hung helped us navigate through it all with ease and we ended up buying the house at a great price in a very short period of time.
