I will never be fully able to express the gratitude I have for the Kates at the Kate Group. When it came time to sell my childhood home after my parents passed away it was incredibly difficult for the family. The Kates handled the whole process with grace, compassion and great fortitude. There were some extenuating circumstances with the house that another real estate agent might have balked at. Not these ladies!  They literally and figuratively rolled up their sleeves to get the job done and negotiate a fair price for the house. The entire process from showings, to offers, to closing was completely seamless. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I can’t not thank the Kates enough!!! When I started my home buying journey, I was a single mom on a tight budget. These women showed me countless homes and then coronavirus hit. I put my journey on hold and they were so understanding. Always checked in on my little family which meant the absolute world to me. Durning coronavirus I met the love of my life and we decided to try again in a crazy market. The kates gave amazing advice on how to proceed, tried some unconventional methods in unconventional times and we landed the perfect home for our family. When I say they are the best out there, that is not an understatement!! They made me feel so apart of the team and so valued as a buyer. I will recommend them to every single person I encounter!!!! I can’t imagine going through this process with any other team behind me!!

Our adventure started almost 1 year ago and it all started with us trying to find a misplaced passport. The passport required for the real ID and travel. Determined to find this we both began aggressively purging and reorganizing.
The housing market began to boom and the pandemic hit at the same time. Out of curiosity I had inquired with the Kates in a group text about what they thought I could get for my home with no idea what was entailed in selling a house that I had resided in and raised my children for the past 20 years. They responded with a surprisingly good value and so the process began. They came and photographed some beautiful pictures and did a 3D matter port (which I was highly impressed with) and advertised my house on the hot real estate market.
Never in our wildest dreams would we have thought this venture would have turned into such a roller coaster ride. We jumped all in from the beginning.
We like to describe this journey to a Disney ride where you start all innocent on the “It’s a Small World ride” then travel through the “Wild Kingdom”. Then jump in an elevator and end up on the top floor of the “Tower of Terror”. Then when we thought it couldn’t get any worse we end up at the top of “Everest” free falling backwards all the way to the bottom. When we get there we get off dust ourselves off and end up in the most magical/ best place on earth the "Magic Kingdom" where everyone is singing and happy and everything just so beautiful! Ending the night with fire works and pretty castles and some sore tired feet!
It has definitely been a world wind "a rollercoaster"of ups and downs and I don't think we were prepared for the physical and emotional and mental toll it took on us all. But 3 months later we are still settling into our new home and making it our own!
We couldn't be happier to start fresh and have new beginnings and memories together.
The Kates are a dynamic duo!!Two of the utmost professional realtors we have ever dealt with. We were all in this crazy ride together...they both remained calm with poise and positivity even when things went rough.
When I tell you guys that they Belichicks' of real estate I mean it! Through all the trials, tribulations and uncertainty you both remained calm, compassionate, committed, persistent and coached us up through to the end, our championship game. We could not have done this without you. Thank you does not seem enough or fitting for all that you have done for us. It wasn’t easy but it was definitely an adventure that bonded us tightly. We couldn't be happier to ask the Kates to officiate our wedding nuptials as they have been such a huge part of our "new beginnings" and life and it just seems fitting and a great grand finale!!
They are such a great team and when they say "two Kates are better than one", it's so true!!! Kate said in the beginning "it's all about timing" and those words couldn't be truer in this crazy real estate market!
Watching them work together is amazing!! They are such a great team and advocates and great friends!!
Happiness is truly an important ending to any journey in life! Thank you girls you are the true GOATS
