After working unsuccessfully with a different realtor for over a year, I got Billie Jean as a recommendation from a friend. Billie Jean was amazing and exceeded all my expectations of a realtor.I had an offer accepted within a short time working with her and she was even able to negotiate closing credit for me which I didn't even think possible with how competitive the market was at the time.
I had a mountain of questions from how do I go about an inspection to where can I find a painter after closing. She was very patient with me and helped with all those recommendations. A few months later, I'm still happy in my new home and I thank Billie Jean for the part she played to get me here.

Billie Jean is amazing. We had looked at several houses with no luck before we bought our home. When we would get several offers rejected, it was like she was right there with us sharing our disappointment but reminding us that everything happens for a reason and it’s going to be okay. Billie Jean was a joy to have as our realtor! My husband and I were in another state trying to buy a house in MA. A friend suggested Billie Jean. I'm picky, especially with a big purchase like this. Billie Jean was patient and really listened to everything we said to her about what we needed the house and area to be.
