THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH! My husband and I attended a seminar held in a beautiful townhome development in PG County where these beautiful Queens gave us very REAL and HONEST INFORMATION on the homebuying process. I promise you I had no relationship prior to and this review IS THE TRUTH!

Angie, greeted us in the parking lot, friendly, courteous of our time and very aware of our fears. We could tell she was about her business but, even more so about doing things the right way and doing the right thing for all people they help.

Once the seminar began, we learned about the complete homebuying process and everyone that would be involved in the process was ACTUALLY THERE and gave us GOOD HONEST information on the role they played in the process and even provided us with contact information if we had additional questions, SUCH AMAZING TRANSPARENCY!

Tiff stood up and took the platform at various points through the seminar, speaking clear and concise on EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS (a very knowledgeable young Queen btw), even adding informative bullet points that stuck in our heads, WE TRUST THESE LADIES!

The broker Monica Atkins, is A WHOLE STAR. The resources and belief she has in people is SPECTACULAR.

Every moving part of this team and those they are paired with to MAKE YOUR DREAM COME TRUE are SHEER EXCELLENCE!

At moments, I felt I didn't even deserve their kindness. They make it so clear, THEY ARE HERE FOR YOU!

Every person you would have to deal with at each point in the meticulous process of becoming a homeowner was in the room an was eager and happy to answer ALL INQUIRIES HONESTLY AND HAPPILY. I've never seen this level of transparency but, I can say it was beyond anything I ever expected.

Angie followed up with me at EVERY SCHEDULED TIME SHE NEVER MISSED A BEAT!

Angie and Tiff are always positive and they care about YOU and your vision, not just the money they can make off of selling you a home.

Even though we are dealing with difficult times and will be placing our dream of becoming a homeowners on hold at this time, we are SO GRATEFUL for The Lucas Ladies time and knowledge they have provided and still continue to do so.

Once things pan out and the Alexandre's are back on track, BEST BELIEVE, OUR MONEY IS ON THE LUCAS LADIES. Then, now and ALWAYS!

Tiffany was absolutely amazing hands down! She provided so much knowledge and guidance which I certainly needed it in my situation. I was so excited she was able to find me so many options and gave me the best advice when I asked for it. You definitely need her when it comes to the home buying process or even while renting. If you have no contacted Tiffany Lucas about purchasing your 1st or 5th home it’s time to. She assisted me and my family with selling our home last year we were moving to another state RE Lucas took care of the marketing, staging and tours. We had to end the house marketing because there were so many request we didn’t sleep at home for almost a week. Her knowledge, attention to detail, prospective, and hospitality towards the buyer or sellers needs is A1.

It was an absolute pleasure working with the Lucas Ladies. They made me feel so comfortable as a first- time homebuyer. They walked me through the entire process, helped removing my fears and educating me of becoming a homeowner. The Lucas Ladies went above and beyond to make sure I found my perfect home. Angie helped me buy my first home in 2016. From the start, she was on her game. Always made time for us, always had an answer ready. I’m so happy I found her. She really does take it upon herself to make your house-buying experience a pleasant one. When issues would arise, she would often take care of it on her own time to keep us calm (big happy sigh). We too often don’t realize that a true good experience is measured by the amount of peace that you have throughout the process. This is what she gave us. And there was no shortage of chaos. Our initial loan officer was TERRIBLE. She would even shield us from him!
When I think back on my experience with Angie, I smile. Full faced SMILE. She recently sent me a beautiful card (as she has done frequently over the years) and I was reminded of my experience with her. Angie, I’m so very happy for you and your career and I hope that your success continues to grow. My family and I remember you dearly.
